Huawei, Senheng, APulsar move to propel EV adoption

Huawei Technologies Malaysia has unveiled its electric vehicle (EV) smart chargers, in collaboration with Senheng Electric Kuala Lumpur (KL) and Industry 4.0 solutions provider APulsar Technologies.

This strategic partnership aims to catalyse the adoption of electric vehicles across the nation and establish a new benchmark for the country’s journey toward clean energy adoption.

“By bringing Huawei’s advanced EV chargers to our customers, we are not just selling a product; we are promoting a lifestyle change towards greater sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Huawei’s FusionCharge alternating current (AC) chargers, featuring 7 kilowatts (kW) single-phase and 22kW three-phase models, are tailored for easy installation in residential and commercial settings, embodying the forefront of EV charging technology to offer faster, more convenient charging solutions.

Huawei Malaysia’s Vice President for Digital Power Business, Chong Chern Peng said the electric vehicle is regarded as the future of the automotive industry.

“And due to the surge in demand for electrical vehicles in the Malaysian market, the need to enable more EV charging has become a necessity.
