KUCHING: An Indonesian man was sentenced to three months’ jail by the Sessions Court here on Tuesday for entering Sarawak without a valid travel document.

Handi, 26, pleaded guilty to the charge which was read out by an interpreter before Judge Maris Agan.

He was arrested in an apartment building at Jalan Song around 11.15pm on April 16.

The case was prosecuted by Deputy Public Prosecutor Md Syafique Md Hilmie while the accused was not represented by a lawyer.
