JDT vs Kuching FC

ISKANDAR PUTERI: Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) defeated Kuching City FC 2-0 in the only Super League match that was played at the Sultan Ibrahim Stadium, here last night.

JDT, having already secured their 10th Super League title, seemed to have taken an easy approach towards the match against a team that has been struggling at the bottom of the table and the loss today saw Kuching City FC remain in 13th spot, one above Kelantan FC, who are rooted at the bottom of the 14-team league table.

Brazilian Bergson Gustavo Silveira Da Silva gave JDT the lead in the 34th minute with a long distance strike before Juan Muniz Gallego ensured all three points from a freekick in the 42nd minute.

JDT are scheduled to face Sri Pahang FC on Dec 3 and Penang FC on Dec 17 to complete their fixtures.
