MIRI: Assistant Minister OF Tourism, Arts and Culture Datuk Lee Kim Shin has lauded initiatives by the private sector to bring more tourist attractions and fun activities here.

Met while visiting the Inflatable Water Park at Marina Bay here yesterday morning, Lee hoped more such collaborations could be initiated in the future.

He believed such activities could help to accelerate the city’s tourism sector.

“People from Brunei and Kalimantan, Indonesia can come here or Mulu, for example, to explore what we are offering,” he said.

He added in line with this year’s Sarawak tourism tagline “More to discover”, tourists should explore unforgettable places.
