MIRI: A man in his 50’s was injured in an accident involving three vehicles at a traffic light junction along Jalan Kuala Baram-Bypass here last Friday night.
The 8.00pm incident was believed to have occurred when a driver of a Proton Iswara car rear-ended the man’s car which then rammed the rear of a Toyota Hilux.
As a result of the accident, the man sustained bodily injuries while the drivers of the Proton Iswara and Toyota Hilux were uninjured.
An ambulance was called to the scene and the man was given treatment by paramedics before he was sent to Miri Hospital for further treatment.
