KUCHING: A 32-year-old man and a 17-year-old youth were arrested at Kuching City Mall in Batu Kawa at 7.50pm last Wednesday for driving a stolen car.
The duo was spotted behaving suspiciously by a police patrol unit which decided to stop and check them.
The police discovered that the car had false registration plate number and did not have chassis number. Upon further checking, the police found that the car had been stolen in June 2016.
Both suspects were detained at the Siburan police station for further investigation.
