MIRI: Miri Hospital is currently seeking the next-of-kin or family members of a 72-year-old male patient known as Maratin Austine.
According to his identification card, his address was listed as Lot 6197, Desa Murni Permyjaya, Miri.
“He has mentioned that his last known address is in Kampung Pujut Padang Kerbau, Miri,” it said in a statement yesterday.
“Initially, the patient received treatment at Miri Hospital since October 2023, but no relatives visited him, so he was transferred to Marudi Hospital after completing treatment,” it added.
Maratin also mentioned that he has children residing in the Kanowit district. However, their phone numbers cannot be reached.
Therefore, Miri Hospital urges the patient’s next-of-kin or family members to contact the Medical Social Work Department at 085-460633 during office hours (Monday to Friday) or directly visit the Men’s Ward at Marudi Hospital urgently.
