KUCHING: Kuching South City Council (MBKS) and Everrise are teaming up once again to launch the ‘You Donate, We Deliver’ donation campaign which aims to help the less fortunate and the urban poor whose livelihood were affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

In a statement Tuesday (Aug 3), MBKS said the joint community project with Everrise this year offered a selection of three essential food packages for customers to purchase and donate via Everrise Estore.

“The essential food packages this year include Package A for RM15.90, Package B for RM29.90 and Package C for RM49.90.

“Everrise handed over the food packages to MBKS mayor, Datuk Wee Hong Seng on Tuesday morning at MBKS lobby.

“The company managed to receive 1190 packages consisting of Package A, Package B and Package C from the customers to be distributed to the less fortunate group who reside in the MBKS areas.

“The mayor also thanked the donors of their kind gestures and generosity,” it added.
