MIRI: Miri Hospital confirmed an incident involving a woman yelling at healthcare workers in one of the wards.
The video clip of the incident has since gone viral on social media early Wednesday (Feb 3).
However, it did not occurred in the Covid-19 ward, and the hospital management has requested that the public stop sharing the video.
Miri Hospital, in a statement, disclosed that the incident occurred due to the reluctance of family members (of the patient) in complying with hospital policies.
The issue had been resolved with the help of the police, the statement added.
A counseling session was given to the woman and she admitted that she was under tremendous pressure when the incident occurred.
