KUCHING: Three individuals were injured after the car they were in skidded and crashed into a tree along Jalan Stutong here this morning.
Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) assistant director of operations Henderi Ardimansyah said they were alerted to the accident at 6.36 am.
Firefighters from Tabuan Jaya station were dispatched to the scene and upon arrival, they found the damaged vehicle resting in the middle divider on the opposite lane.
He said three victims were involved in the accident and they had been rushed to the hospital by their family members before the team’s arrival.
The extent of their injuries was not disclosed.
The team conducted flushing works at the scene to clear oil spill and accident debris before returning to their station.
