KUCHING: Sarawak’s premier property development company NAIM has launched its Chinese New Year campaign, titled ‘Longevity Home to You,’ from January 15 to March 9, covering key regions like Kuching, Miri, and Bintulu.

The official launch, held at George Y Residence on Saturday, featured Mohamad Faisal Ahmad Zaidin, the chief operating officer of NAIM’s Kuching Division, expressing the company’s unwavering commitment to crafting homes that stand the test of time.

“The campaign’s name is inspired by the Chinese word for Dragon – Long. We hope that this campaign will usher in prosperity for our home buyers,” he said in his speech during the launching the campaign at George Y Residence here on Saturday.

Aligned with the auspicious Year of the Dragon, the campaign introduces various promotions and benefits for potential homebuyers.

These incentives include an exclusive Angpow rebate, adding a festive touch to the homebuying process, and a special Fortune Lucky Draw offering prizes such as home furniture to enhance the homebuying journey.
