KUCHING: Twenty-eight participants from various backgrounds, ethnici ty, or igins, and companies have successfully completed the Certified AdminPro Programme which was held on July 12, 2017 (Kuching) and September 11, 2017 (KL).
The CAP Is a partnership programme between MRS Management Sdn Bhd & Swinburne University.
It is a 2 + 1 days course for all Admin Professionals who would like to up-skill and understand the art of getting work done to accomplish goals and objectives using available resources effectively & efficiently.
To date, 52 admin personnel has completed the program since its inception thus reflecting the successfulness of the initiative.
Ms . Jeanie Liew Ng a n Leng f rom Dexon Elect r ical Engineering Sdn Bhd and Ms. Jess ie Koo Pooi Kheng f rom Shopper 360 Sdn Bhd emerged as top candidates of their respective class.
The programme integrates Blended Action Learning Tools such as Activities, Learning strategies, Assessment, Evaluations and Post-training.
Throughout the course, admin personnel are equipped with essential skills which would place them at the forefront of their careers. Each participant will leave with a personal development plan on how they can apply their learning in the future.
Professor John Wilson, Deputy Vice-Chancellor & CEO of Swinburne Uni ver s i t y of Technology Sarawak Campus encouraged graduates that, ‘The completion of these units would also equip you with managerial skills to enable you to be more pro-active and helpful to your respective managers and heads of department.
Subsequently, by relying on the skills and knowledge that you would have gained f rom this course, you would have more oppor tuni t ies to advance to more senior positions within your own organisation and beyond’.
