KUCHING: A lorry attendant was injured in a crash involving two lorries at Mile 37 Jalan Kuching-Serian on Tuesday.
The collision happened around 2.35pm when both vehicles were travelling in the same direction.
The 27-year-old victim was pinned to his seat and had to be extricated by Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) personnel, who arrived from Serian following a distress call.
He was then sent to the Sarawak General Hospital for treatment and is said to be in stable condition.
The drivers of both lorries, as well as the other attendant, were not injured in the accident.
Police were still investigating the cause of the accident.
