KUCHING: Miri Hospital is currently searching for the next of kin of the late Tay Joo Leng, whose address is Lot 509, Pujut 3B, Miri.
The hospital stated that he had gone to the hospital for further treatment on his own.
The patient was subsequently admitted to the Men’s Medical Ward (Ward 5), Miri Hospital, since December 13 and passed away on December 26 at 1.07 pm.
“Up till now, the hospital has been unable to locate any next of kin or family members of the deceased.
“The ward has informed that no next of kin or any family members visited before he passed away.
“The obtained phone number also could not be reached,” the statement read.
Following this, Miri Hospital calls on the next of kin or family members of the deceased patient to contact the Forensic Medical Department through the hospital’s general line at 085-460600 during office hours (Monday to Friday).
