KUCHING: Nine Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) division chiefs in Sarawak have come forward to declare their support for Nurul Izzah Anwar and urged her to retract her decision to quit her post as PKR vice-president.

In a statement yesterday, the nine division chiefs – Dr Michael Two (Miri) Sng Chee Eng (Kapit), Cyrill Langgin (Serian), Ahmad Najib Johari (Sabntubong), Sng Chee Hua (Sarikei), Abun Sui (Ulu Rajang), Dr Lau Liak Koi (Limbang), Jugah Muyah (Lubok Antu) and Roland Engan (Baram) – urged Nurul to re-consider her decision to quit as she is still very much needed in the party.
