KUCHING: PartiPesaka Bumiputera Bersatu’s (PBB) 15th Triennial General Meeting will take place from June 17 to 19 this year.

“The Women and Youth meetings at the state level will be held on June 17,” said PBB Women chief Datuk Seri Fatimah Abdullah at a press conference following a PBB Women supreme council meeting at the party headquarters here on Saturday (Feb 5).

“All sub-branch general meetings and branch representative meetings must be completed by May 15,” she added.

The Women, Childhood and Community Well-being Development Minister said other matters discussed during the meeting were amendments to the party constitution related to PBB Women and also Undi18.

She said aside from various discussions, the meeting also saw reports, including the secretary’s report and treasurer’s report, being received.

“In our meeting, we took the opportunity to congratulate the machinery of our Women movement for their hard work before and during the state election.

“This helped candidates in the constituencies to win and we managed to achieve a huge victory. Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) won handsomely by obtaining 76 seats out of 82 contested,” she said.
