Pujut Link Interchange bridge route opens on March 31

MIRI: The route at the Pujut Link Interchange bridge will be opened to road users, starting March 31.

According to the Public Works Department (JKR) Pan Borneo Highway unit on Monday (March 28), road users from Kuala Baram could continue their journey towards Miri By-pass using the route above the Pujut Link Interchange Bridge without using the traffic light intersection while road users going to Pujut 7 can drive towards the junction to the left using the traffic light intersection.

Roads for both directions will be fully opened from the Sungai Adong to the Sungai Miri bridge.

All current temporary crossings from Pujut Link Interchange to Simpang Nanas will be closed.

Residents in Vista Perdana can make a U-turn at the Simpang Nenas traffic lights if they want to go to Kuala Baram.

Meanwhile, users from Miri By-pass to Vista Perdana can make a U-turn at the traffic light junction at Pujut Link Bridge.

Users from the direction of Pujut 7 can drive towards the junction to the right to get to Vista Perdana using the traffic light route at the Pujut Link Bridge.

There is still ongoing construction for slip roads.

The public are advised to always be careful and adhere to the safety signs provided.
