KUCHING: Those who attended the Sarawak Islamic Council’s Wawasan Ummah Gemilang roadshow at Dewan Suarah, Kota Samarahan on March 10 are urged to be assessed and tested for Covid-19.

Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Dr Sim Kui Hian shared a notice from the Samarahan Divisional Health Office on its Facebook page which called on participants to immediately be screened for the disease.

He said by getting screened, participants can save themselves, their family members and other Sarawakians and stop Covid-19 from heading towards the likes of Italy, Spain, United Kingdom (UK) and United States of America (USA).

The Samarahan Divisional Health Office is also urging those who had contact with the SMK Kota Samarahan cluster, Good News Fellowship cluster and individuals having close contact with Covid-19 patients are to get tested.
