KUCHING: Satok assemblyman Datuk Ibrahim Baki distributed Hari Raya donations to 15 asnaf and two persons with disabilities (OKU) as part of his annual Ramadan outreach programme yesterday.
The donation was presented in simple ceremony at Surau Darul Ihsan, Kampung Kudei Baru.
During the ceremony, Ibrahim also presented grants to both Surau Darul Ihsan and Surau Al-Iman, Kampung Kudei Ulu. PBB Satok religious bureau chairman Sarbini Abang witnessed the presentation.
The Satok assemblyman also took the opportunity to meet the locals from the two villages. Also present were a political secretary to the Premier, Abdul Samat Gany and other community leaders.
