Service held to commemorate first anniversary of Masing’s death

KUCHING: A memorial service was held at the Nirvana Memorial Park here to commemorate the first anniversary of the passing of the late Tan Sri Datuk Amar Dr James Jemut Masing.

During the memorial service, Datuk Corinne Masing was accompanied by her daughters Karen and Emma, and they expressed their gratitude and thanks to all those present.

The memorial service for the former deputy chief minister was attended by over 100 close family and friends.

The late Masing was the founder and president of Parti Rakyat Sarawak (PRS) who had made significant contributions to the people of Sarawak, especially the Dayaks.

Also present at the service were PRS Supreme Council members.
