MIRI: Sarawak Oil Palm Sdn Bhd (SOP) yesterday treated more than 20 local media practitioners here to an appreciation lunch at a leading hotel here.
Present was SOP chief operating officer (COO) Eric Kiu Kwong Seng.
Kiu, in his brief welcoming remarks, said the event was one of SOP’s ways to demonstrate its gratitude to the media fraternity for their support all this while.
Also in attendance was the Northern Sarawak Journalists Association president, Chai Choon Chin.
Various events were held during the gathering including lucky draws and a karaoke session.
