KUCHING: Sarawak United people’s Party (SUPP) Public Complaints Bureau (SPCB) chief, Wilfred Yap wrote to the Sarawak Housing Development Corporation (HDC) and requested it to  take the appropriate action to ensure that all the residents of RPR Taman Sri Cahaya, Sungai Moyan, Batu Kawa park their cars properly as the indiscriminate parking by some inconsiderate residents is causing a lot of inconvenience to the other residents.

Yap said one Ngadan,  the spokesperson of some residents and home owners of  RPR Taman Cahaya Moyan, Batu Kawa requested for assistance to draw the attention of the relevant authorities on the lack of car parks and the indiscriminate parking by some inconsiderate residents.

He then went to the said area and realised that the situation is indeed chaotic where parking is concerned.

Yap also requested on behalf of the residents that HDC to construct additional car parks at  RPR Taman Sri Cahaya, Sungai Moyan, Batu Kawa as currently there are insufficient car parks available for usage of the residents.

SPCB also hopes that the authorities concerned will look into this matter on an urgent basis due to the inconvenience that the residents RPR Taman Sri Cahaya, Sungai Moyan, Batu Kawa are currently facing.
