KOTA SAMARAHAN: Sarawak Timber Industry Development Corporation (STIDC) slaughtered four cows and donated five in conjunction with the Hari Raya Aidiladha celebrtion at the STIDC compound yesterday.
The sacrificial meat was distributed to more than 300 needy and poor people in Kuching and Samarahan.
Meanwhile, a cow was donated to Kpg Segedup. Deputy General Manager, Haji Hashim Haji Bojet was present to grace the ceremony which was held for the 12th time.
The event involved about 100 staff from companies under STIDC as well as from Koperasi Pusaka Sarawak Berhad.
