SRI AMAN: Three men were slightly injured following a collision between two lorries along Jalan Kuching-Sri Aman this morning.
A spokesman for the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) said firemen from Sri Aman station were deployed to the scene after receiving a distress call at 5.18 am.
Upon arrival, they found only one lorry at the scene while the other lorry was no longer at the scene.
The firefighters wasted no time to free the trapped driver and his passengers.
Once freed, they were handed over to the paramedics for further treatment. Fortunately, the victims only sustained minor injuries.
The team conducted flushing works to clear the road from debris before wrapping up their operation at 7 am.
