KUCHING: Trienekens Customer Care, which is Trienekens’ customer service-based mobile app, will get two new features.
The features are the introduction of the SPay Global payment method and ‘Green Living’.
Group chief executive officer Stephen Chin, in a statement, added that the integration of the SPay Global payment gateway will provide Trienekens’ customers and app users a convenient and secure way to pay for requested waste management services and conduct transactions online.
“The addition of the ‘Green Living’ section will introduce an array of interesting and useful information on sustainable living, fun activities, listings of green events and businesses in Kuching City.
“Trienekens Customer Care App is also equipped with other useful features that provide comprehensive waste management services and solutions for the public, such as the application for new bins for new premises, the application for bin replacements for damaged or lost bins, quotation request for RoRo containers for disposal of bulky waste, and so on.”
He moted that since its launch three years ago, the Trienekens Customer Care App has been instrumental in improving its communication with customers and elevating customer support.
“As our customers’ needs are constantly evolving, we are committed to enhancing our interactions with them and streamlining our service operations.
