MUKAH: Road users are advised to be careful when driving at two separate locations here until further notice due to ongoing infrastructure works.
Mukah Division Public Works Department (JKR) in a statement on Thursday said part of the road at Sungai Badengan Bridge had been closed.
Normalcy may return by Oct 31.
The second location is at KM7 Mukah-Oya Road. The stretch affected was closed to traffic at 9am to facilitate pipe installation work.
The statement said the road should be open in three days’ time.
Road users are advised to use the old Petian Road (coastal road).
“We regret the inconvenience caused,” the statement said.
