Vaccination bus at Ulu Lanang Industrial area for two days


SIBU: The mobile vaccination team using the Bas Cucuk Vaksin will be at the Ulu Lanang Industrial area shop building, Jalan Teng Kung Suk on Wednesday (Aug 11) and Thursday (Aug 12).

Sibu Health Promotion Unit on Monday (Aug 9) said the bus, which will operate from 9am to 1pm, will be targeting unvaccinated residents around the area.

“The vaccination process will be carried out on a walk-in basis.

“Those who are 18 years old and above (Malaysian or non-Malaysian), and have yet to receive the Covid-19 vaccine are encouraged to get their vaccination at the said location.

“Meanwhile, those who have yet to reach the age of 18 by this year should get permission and be accompanied by their parents or guardians when getting their vaccination,” the unit said in a statement.

Recipients are also reminded to bring their identity cards, passports or other related documents.
