SRI AMAN: Members of the public are invited to enliven the Christmas Stage Programme 2017 which will be held at Rumah Ulin, Sengkunyit, Lemanak Engkelili, tomorrow (December 2, 2017). The Programme Publisher, Monica Midi said the programme is jointly organised by Wai FM Iban Kuching with Wai FM Sri Aman.
It will be launched by the Assistant Minister of Industrial Development, Malcolm Mussen Lamoh. “This programme will start with a telematch at 7.30am, followed by a talk session and a demonstration by the Sri Aman Fire and Rescue Department at 10.00am.
“Others activities includefree health screening by the Sri Aman Health Department and Talk Session by Sri Aman Welfare Department,” said Monica. The launching ceremony will begin at 6.30pm with performances by famous local Iban artistes.
They are Jimmy Nyaing, Sima Tawil, Maxwell Franklin Saran, Johny Aman, Joyce Menti and Joseph Dresa (Kapi tan Kimcong). Monica added, “Also performing are comedians, namely Bunyau, Mujab, Kapi tan Kimbong, Penhulu Sating and Sanggau.”
