KUCHING: Wonda Coffee, one of Malaysia’s leading ready-to-drink coffee brands launched a special Wonda Coffee can design that represents Sarawak in conjunction with Malaysia Day.
The unique Sarawak can design was officiated by Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg during the first show of Ola Bola The Musical at Stadium Perpaduan here on Friday night.
Etika Sdn Bhd senior vice president of marketing and alternate business Santharuban T Sundaram said the special design representing Sarawak’s culture and heritage was a gift to Malaysians celebrating Merdeka Day on Aug 31 and Malaysia Day on Sep 16.
“The variety of sights, sounds, tastes and cultures here in Sarawak are simply beautiful.
“It helped inspire our new Wonda Coffee can design and we are proud to be able to share them with our fellow customers and fans in Sarawak,” Santharuban said.
The Wonda Coffee Sarawak edition is available at 7-Eleven convenience stores for a limited time only. The drink will be a full-bodied coffee with only a hint of bitterness.
Wonda Coffee will also be releasing limited time only designed can featuring renowned landmarks of Perak and Melaka.
Beginning Sept 16 to Oct 15, Wonda Coffee will be holding special Malaysia Day contest to reward its customers.
For every two-can purchase, customers will be eligible for a chance to win a pair of flight tickets to any local destinations of their choice.
Just purchase any two cans of Wonda Coffee 240ml (assorted variants) in a single receipt from any 7-Eleven, Kedai Mesra Petronas and Shell Select during the contest period, submit the entries and receipt details to a number provided via Whatsapp, together with full name and IC number, and retain the original receipts as proof of purchase.
