SIBU: A 31-year-old woman was mugged on her way to a convenience store early Tuesday.
Sibu police chief, ACP Stanley Jonathan Ringgit said the mugging occurred around 8am on the sidewalk of Jalan Maju.
“Two male suspects suspiciously approached the woman at first, before they snatched the victim’s bag which contained cash amounting to RM450,” he said in a statement.
A report has been lodged and police are on the lookout for the suspects.
