BAU: SK St Patrick Krokong now enjoys new facilities such as new hall and administrative block.
Serembu assemblyman Miro Simuh pointed out that good infrastructure is important for a quality environment for both students and teachers as the basis for human capital development.
With the new facilities, Miro hoped that it will help lift the spirit of the school community as well as the Parents and Teachers Association (PTA) in carrying out their responsibility to improve the quality of education.
According to Miro, as the people’s representative, he said he tried his best to provide help, support and allocation to carry out development in 14 primary schools in his constituency, which includes SK St Patrick.
The Sarawak Public Communications Unit (UKAS) reported that he was present to officiate at the opening of the new facilities at the school, recently.
Earlier, the headmaster of SK St Patrick Bill Diway, in his speech, expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the Serembu assemblyman in providing allocations to realise their needs.
He believed that with the cooperation of PTA, assemblyman and MPs, it will help to strengthen and increase the continuity of school development.
