MUKAH: A brief survey by New Sarawak Tribune has revealed that it was not only Christians who have bought flowers from florists in conjunction with All Souls’ Day.
When asked, they said that they have bought the flowers for their departed Christian family members, relatives, and friends.
This year, All Souls’ Day falls today and for Mukah, mass will be held at St Peter & Paul Church, tonight at 7pm. All Souls’ Day is to remember those who have passed away and this is done by leaving flowers on their graves.
