KUCHING: A total of 45 individuals from the kampung Masjid, Bintangor and Bandarasah sub-branches of Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) in Satok constituency here received donations in conjunction with the Ihsan Ramadan Satok 2022 programme on Saturday.
Satok assemblyman Datuk Ibrahim Baki, who officiated at the event, said such programme has always been organised in the constituency since 1988.
“It is organised to share the joy of Ramadan apart from easing expenses of the recipients as the Aidilfitri celebration is approaching soon,” he said.
Ibrahim who is also the chief whip of Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) thanked the voters in the three branches who had given him a big mandate in the 12th state election (PRN12) last year.
Also present were a political secretary to the Premier, Abdul Samad Gany and the deputy chief of Satok Branch, Helmi Othman.
