KUCHING: The third session of the first term of the 19th State Legislative Assembly (DUN) sitting will be held on Nov 21.
This was disclosed by DUN speaker Tan Sri Datuk Amar Mohamad Asfia Awang Nassar after the launching of Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) Women Machinery at Penview Convention Centre here today.
He added that the said DUN sitting will be held until Nov 30.
“Its press conference will be held on the afternoon of Nov 20. However, for now, I cannot disclose much on what will be tabled so you have to wait until Nov 20 for the announcement,” he said
For the record, the second session of the first term of the 19th DUN sitting was held from May 17 until 26.
In that sitting, three Bills were tabled namely the Supplementary Supply (2022), the Land Code (Amendment) Bill 2022, and the Forest (Amendment) Bill 2022.
Following that, a total of Annual Financial Reports and four Command Papers were also presented during the sitting.
