BINTULU: The Ex-Police Association of Malaysia Sarawak (PBPM) will organise a Reunion Dinner on Sept 28 at the Li-Hua Hotel, here.
PBPM Sarawak chairman Han Hipni and PBPM Bintulu chairman Pemanca Pengiran Merais Pengiran Ismail, in a joint statement, said the launch of the Sarawak PBPM Welfare Fund and the recognition of the first State Legislative Assembly (DUN) meeting in Bintulu in Sept 1867 would also be held.
Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg is expected to officiate at the event.
Meanwhile, members of the public who wish to make contributions to the welfare fund of the association are kindly requested to direct their donations via a crossed cheque made payable to PBPM Sarawak, to be deposited into the CIMB bank account number: 8005109566.
