Luqman sings four songs at closing ceremony.

KOTA SAMARAHAN: Malaysian artist and social media influencer Luqman Podolski has expressed his eagerness to perform in Sarawak.

Luqman, whose real name is Luqmanul Hakim Kamaruddin, said his aspiration to collaborate with Sarawakian artist Noh Hujan in the future.

Luqman speaks to reporters.

“I’m setting my sights on Sarawak and its neighbour, Sabah. I’m looking forward to more tours, particularly in these two states,” he said at the Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) Faculty of Applied and Creative Arts (FACA) Fest 2024’s closing ceremony on Sunday.

Luqman also revealed upcoming collaboration plans with Indonesian artist Namewee after Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

Reflecting on his performance, Luqman was impressed by the local audience’s vibrant enthusiasm and energy.

Luqman initially gained fame as a social media influencer, known for his comedic content on Vines. He ventured into the music industry in 2020 with his debut album, ‘Hitam Putih’.
