KUALA LUMPUR: The Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (Icesco), in cooperation with Granada Editions, is providing free online interactive Arabic lessons to ensure that students can continue learning during the movement control order (MCO).
Director of the Malaysian branch of Icesco, Dr Abdul Razif Zaini, said the platform, which is accessible via https://learning.granadaeditions.com/, comprise seven levels of learning modules from primary to university.
“It can be easily be navigated, and adapted for self-learning; students can complete the exercises to measure their understanding.
“Teachers can use the platform as a teaching aid and choose the activities most suitable with their learning objectives of the curriculum,” he said to Bernama, yesterday.
Meanwhile, Head of Internationalisation Unit of the Islamic Education Division at the Ministry of Education, Zulkefli Hamat, when speaking to Bernama, expressed appreciation for the initiatives shown by Icesco in providing the learning platform. – Bernama
