According to Teh, guests can opt to indulge in the Grand Ballroom Dinner Buffet, available from March 12 to April 8, or the premium River View Dinner Buffet, available from March 18 to April 6.

“Our buffet offers an extensive array of over 200 dishes, each carefully curated to provide a diverse and indulgent culinary experience. For example, our dessert counter showcases a delightful selection of Arabic sweets expertly crafted by chef Yvonne Chia, who brings her Middle Eastern training to our kitchen.

“We also take pride in offering personalized service, exemplified by the table-side serving of our bamboo biryani with ‘udang galah’ (large prawns). This interactive dining experience adds an elegant touch and ensures that every guest feels special,” he explained.
