KUCHING : Parti Rakyat Sarawak (PRS) Central Women Exco will be holding a two-day Inter-PRS Women Division Futsal Competition in Sri Aman on 4 and 5 August 2017.
This is the first time such a competition is organised by the Wing. The winner will walk away with YBhg Dato’ Sri Doris Sophia Brodie Challenge Trophy.
An organising committee has been set up and is headed by Runti Ason.
The venue of the tournament will be at the Mini Stadium in Sri Aman.
To date, a total of 18 teams from all over Sarawak (PRS Women Divisions) have registered to participate in the tournament.
The tournament will be an annual event.
The soft opening and kick-off at 3pm on 4 Aug will be officiated by Dato’ Sri Doris S. Brodie, PRS Women Chief and Political Secretary to the Chief Minister.
Meanwhile, the prize giving and closing ceremony at 4pm on 5 Aug will be graced by Dato Masir Kujat, Sri Aman Member of Parliament and Deputy Home Affairs Minister.
