The Act provides for an imprisonment term of not less than three years and not exceeding five years upon conviction.

The charge stated that he was found to have not complied with the conditions set under Section 6(3) (i) which is to maintain peace and good conduct as ordered.
Prosecuting officer Insp Badrul Iskandar Selamat told the court that on Aug 24, 2020 at about 11am, the accused was found to be a person placed under a restraining order under Section 6(3) of the Dangerous Drugs Act (LLPK) 1985 issued by the Minister of Home Affairs dated Aug 6, 2020.
