KUCHING: A man sustained bodily and leg injuries after the motorcycle he was riding collided with a car yesterday morning.
It was believed that the incident occurred in front of a petrol station at Jalan Satok around 11.00am when the victim suddenly entered the lane where the car owner was travelling in.
An ambulance from the Civil Defence Force (APM) was called to the scene to attend to the victim’s injuries and sent him to the Sarawak General Hospital for further treatment.
Meanwhile in a similar incident, a man in his 20’s suffered facial and head injuries in an accident involving a motorcycle and a car at Taman Desa Wira here last Tuesday morning.
The victim was said to be riding alone and was heading to Batu Kawa New Township (MJC) when his motorcycle rammed the rear of a Perodua Myvi car, driven by a woman, around 1.00am.
An ambulance was called to the scene and the victim was taken to the Sarawak General Hospital for treatment.
