MIRI: A road rage incident left a man in his 50s with injuries to his hand. The incident took place at Jalan Centre Point at 1pm here on Wednesday, when the victim was attacked by a man using a wooden stick which was believed to be due to road rage.
A police report has been lodged by the victim.
During the incident, the suspect also smashed the victim’s car windows.
According to sources, prior to the attack, the victim was driving along the area when he bumped into the suspect.
The victim alleged that the suspect showed his fist to him, prompting him to pull over and confront the suspect.
It was during the confrontation that the suspect allegedly hit the victim’s hand and smashed his car’s windows.
As at press time, no arrest has been made.
