KUCHING: A 25-year-old man was caught by members of the public for stealing a bicycle on Thursday evening.
The suspect, from Kampung Kudei Baru, Jalan Nanas Barat, had earlier stole a yellow Giant propel bicycle.
He was later handed over to the police for investigation and detained at Kuching Central Police Station.
The bicycle was seized as evidence.
