KUCHING: A man in his thirties has miraculously survived a leap from the Kuap Bridge at Kuching-Samarahan Expressway today.
The Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) reported that they received a distress call about the incident at 11.19 am which prompted the dispatch of an Emergency Medical Rescue Services (EMRS) team to the location.
Upon arrival, the team did not find the victim at the scene. It was later learned that family members had taken the victim away prior to the arrival of the fire department.
The Bomba officials were unable to gather information regarding his condition. The team has since returned to their station.
