KUCHING: A 22-year-old jobless youth from Jalan Mendu here was arrested for stealing a motorcycle at about 3.40 pm last Monday. The youth was arrested in front of a bank at Pending when a police team was patrolling the area.
When the police team checked the youth who was behaving suspiciously, they discovered that the motorcycle was not his. The motorcycle was reported missing in Bintawa early this month.
The suspect has used fake number plates for the motorcycle. He was later taken to Sekama Police Station where he is being detained.
