KUCHING: A man was killed after his motorcycle rammed into a stationary bus by the road side at Jalan Kangking, Batu Kawa here yesterday morning.
Engkang Selutan, 32, from Baram, was riding along the Batu Kawa road when he crashed into the bus at 3.35am.
The bus driver, from Jalan RPR, Batu Kawa was resting in his house when the accident occurred.
State police traffic chief Supt Alexson Naga Chabu confirmed that Engkang died on the spot.
The deceased was brought to Sarawak General Hospital morgue for a post-mortem.
The case is classified under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
