SEBUYAU: Batang Lupar MP Mohamad Shafizan Kepli takes seriously the condition of the dilapidated jetty used by children to go to school.
He said he was ready to help repair the dilapidated jetty in Sebuyau.
“I understand that this jetty is used by residents every day, especially children from Kampung Seberang, Sebuyau to go to school.
“However, the condition is quite poor and the jetty needs to be repaired immediately. God willing, I will try to help,” he said.
He said this when asked after inspecting the condition of the jetty together with some community leaders.
Shafizan assured that many more basic facilities needed by the people would be given attention.
“I will discuss with the relevant government agencies first.
“The assemblyman of each area and I will help as much as possible,” he said.
