KUCHING: The NAIM Nfinity Loyalty Programme is aimed at rewarding homeowners for their role in expanding the NAIM community, underscoring the company’s commitment to creating lively and inclusive neighbourhoods.

NAIM Holdings chairman Datuk Amar Abdul Hamed Sapawi said under the loyalty programme, existing NAIM homeowners will be rewarded for their part in growing the community whereas yet-to-be NAIM homeowners can enjoy similar benefits via the Referral Programme.

“The programme is inspired by our 17,000 existing customers, thus making it a testament to our dedication to nurturing a lasting relationship and rewarding commitment.

“The programme is for the existing NAIM homeowners, promising great incentives for the homeowners if they recommend other people in securing the dream home with NAIM Properties,” he said.

He said this during the NAIM Chinese New Year Open House 2024 at Sapphire On The Park, here on Tuesday (Feb 13).

On the Open House, he said it is part of the “Longevity Home to You” campaign, which is currently held in Kuching, Miri and Bintulu, celebrating CNY with the community, homebuyers and stakeholders.

“We have been looking forward to this CNY Open House as a platform for community engagement and to improve the living standards of homeowners and envision the possibility of actualising the perfect living space that homebuyers always imagined, with tailored interior design services provided by skilled professionals, including the in-house experts at NAIM.

“This campaign is designed not just to facilitate the purchase of a home, but to empower them to customise and elevate the space to reflect their individual style and preferences,” he added.

Additionally, Datuk Hasmi Hasnan, the group managing director of NAIM Holdings, announced that a special award awaits NAIM staff who excel in their Open House campaign.

“We have to wait until after Feb 17 to see who has the best Open House campaign,” he added.

The Open House campaign was held simultaneously in Kuching and Bintulu on Feb 13 while the next campaign will be held on Feb 17 in Miri.
