KUCHING: The Blood Bank of Sarawak General Hospital (TDHUS) is still in need of blood type B and O to added to the present stock of blood for the upcoming Chinese New Year celebration.
This weekend TDHUS will again hold a blood donation campaign at three locations in the city.
The first location is at Tabuan Jaya Giant Supermarket organised by Sarawak Blood Donors Association from 10am to 3pm on Saturday, 3 February.
On the following day (Sunday) TDHUS will hold a blood donation campaign at two locations namely at Giant Supermarket at Kota Padawan (Batu 10) and City One Shopping Mall. Campaign at the two locations will start from 10am until 3pm.
The public are urged to donate their blood to help the Sarawak General Hospital to ensure that blood stock in the hospital is always enough.
Blood donors are also reminded to eat first and have enoght rest before they take part in the campaign this weekend.
