RS1 to provide mobile counter service until Jan

SIBU: The RS1 (Rancangan Sibu 1) will provide a mobile counter service at several locations here starting today until January next year.

RS1 Team Leader, Datuk Andrew Wong  said the first location would be the Rejang Park commercial centre (Clinic 1Malaysia) today from 9am to noon.

“Through the counters, we will receive public complaints and inquiries on the 1Malaysia People’s Aid (BR1M) 2018 and help them check their electoral roll status.

“In addition, we also help them register for community policing membership, free eye checks as well as blood pressure and glucose screening,” he told reporters yesterday.

Wong added   the RS1 mobile counter service would be continued at Taman Poh Yew, Pulau Li Hua’s commercial centre on Dec 10.

“Meanwhile, Xin Hua Park, Seduan Park’s commercial centre is the third location of the programme on December 16. It continues at Grand Height Market on December 17, Sungai Merah commercial centre (in front of Empire Gym) on December 23 and Unicity’s commercial centre on December 30.

“The mobile counter service  will be available  at the commercial centre of Ulu Sungai Merah on January 6, Kampung Sentosa (January 7), Kampung Jeriah (January 13), Belatok Road commercial centre (January14), Delta swimming pool commercial centre (in front of Happiness Cafe) on January 20 and the last location in Kampung Bahagia Jaya on January 21, “he added.
